She won't trigger them, but will use them to keep BoR and vast places (possibly Alderaan) in check. The caveat of course being that Heizen secretly plants a weakness in the obelisks during their making. <br /> <br />Be it in the fact that life can be manipulated, especially if intelligent, through diplomacy.
